Claude or ChatGPT can now suggest changes you apply in bcards, and an editor left open no longer saves over a newer change.
Ask Claude or ChatGPT to rewrite or translate your card, or sort your contacts into lists: the changes wait in the assistant for you to apply, and nothing goes live until you publish. Switch suggestions and contact reading on or off per app in Settings, without reconnecting.
If your card is changed somewhere else while the editor is open, in another tab or by a teammate, the editor now tells you and lets you choose which version to keep, instead of quietly saving over it.
Design your email signature by hand or with AI, give your whole company one signature, browse example cards before you start, and handle each contact from its own window.
Choose your signature's layout, colours, font and details, add a banner, or describe what you want and let the AI design it, previewed before you apply it. On Pro and above. The "Made with bcards" line now follows your card's switch.
The home page opens on forty example cards, each with its own banner, shape and fonts, and the Branding and layout page shows every layout and most themes on an example card, drawn exactly as bcards draws a real one.
Design one email signature for every member in Company cards, banner included. Once applied, each member's signature follows it with their own details, photo and QR code, and nobody can change the look.
Your plan, your setup progress, feedback and settings sit in one menu behind your name. Signed in, the website shows a Dashboard button and your menu instead of sending you away.
Open a contact to edit it, add it to a list, share it with your company or delete it. Deleting asks you to type the contact's name, and Undo brings it back. Every Contacts tab, a card's included, now shows the same table.
Getting started now shows one progress tracker made for you: your company's setup and your own card if you run the company, your card if you are a member. Each step ticks itself off wherever you do it.
Signing in and creating an account now happen on a roomier page in the same style as your dashboard, with the form on one side and a picture of what bcards does on the other.
When a company card goes to a colleague, the contacts you collected on it stay yours, and you can delete or restore them again. Nobody else can.
Cards get a new look and fonts of your choosing, company cards are set up in one place, and the dashboard and the phone editor are calmer.
Pick a recommended font pairing, or any font for your name and headings and for your text, right from the card editor's Style tab. Organizations choose the fonts for all their cards and can lock them. Included in Pro and above.
Company cards is now one page for the band, house style, sections, rules, retention, the "Save to bcards" button and the Wallet pass, previewed on a sample card or on the pass itself. Changes wait in a draft until you review every card they reach, then apply at once.
Every window in the dashboard now shares one calm layout, with more room and the buttons always in the same place under the content. The first steps of a new account or company follow it too, with a checklist that says how long each step takes.
Organization settings now have a menu: general details, how much of your plan you use, which members sign in with a second factor, and what happens to your contacts' data.
A new look in all four layouts, with clearer links, company parts in the company's colours and five new themes. A company's banner shows on every member's card, and words on a cover photo stay readable. Pro can hide the bcards branding; Startup and Enterprise never show it.
On a phone the card editor shows one preview and a simpler bar: Content, Style and More, where Settings and Share open. Contacts is now called Network, with a cleaner list on a phone, and the assistant is lighter.

The dashboard is one calm panel between two sidebars, and Home shows your network. Edit your card right on it: it saves itself, and Publish shows what changes. Organizations get their own dashboard, a card for every teammate, and Contacts with company logos.
New accounts and organizations are guided through setup, every page has a short tour, your card becomes an email signature, and Contacts draws the companies you know.
Short tours show where everything is: the dashboard, the card editor, the assistant, scanning, contacts, Wallet and, for owners and admins, the organization's pages. Each is offered once on its page and can be replayed from the Guide.
New accounts set up their card step by step with a live preview, and a Get started checklist ticks itself off. Creating an organization walks you through its name, logo, company card, look, retention and invitations. Every step can be skipped.
Open a published card in the editor and choose Email signature: pick a layout, choose the photo, logo, networks and QR code, copy it, and paste it into Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail. Every email you send leads to your card, and clicks on it show in your analytics.
Tick Send my card when you scan a paper card with an email address, or say yes when bcards asks after saving, and your card is emailed to them with a short message of your own. Replies come straight to you.
Contacts has a Graph view: every company you know people at, sized by how many, with its logo or its name. Your organization's company list has its own. Click a company to see its contacts and correct their details, such as the company they work at.
An owner can now rename the organization from the pencil beside its name. An admin can suggest a new name instead: every owner sees the request on the organization's pages and by email, and approves or declines it.
Take the outline off your content blocks, give a gallery a title and a description, and find a more compact booking button on phones. In Contacts, a contact's menu offers New list, even before you have one.
People invited to an organization can create their account even while bcards is in early access. If they lost the email, the sign-up page sends their invitation link again, and admins can resend an invitation that ran out.
Your card in Apple Wallet and offline, a house style every company card follows, paper cards scanned into contacts, and contacts that belong to the person who met them.
Add your published card to Apple Wallet in its colours, with your photo and QR code, and show it with one swipe, even offline. On Pro, pick the layout, logo, banner and details it shows. Companies set one Wallet design for the whole team.
Set your logo, banner and alignment once and every company card follows. Pull your brand colours from your website, add text, links, a video or a gallery to every card, and choose which social networks your team's cards show.
The people you meet on your company card are yours: your company does not see them. Share the ones that matter with your company list, with a note on why, and the company keeps that copy. If you leave, you get a download of everything you collected, with your lists.
Contacts has a Scan paper cards button. Photograph a stack of business cards and the assistant reads them into your contacts; on a card's tab, they are saved to that card.
With no connection, the dashboard still opens and says it is offline. Your published card stays at hand with its QR code and share buttons, so you can hand it over where reception is bad. The dashboard can also go on your phone's home screen.
Ask for a place from the home page, for yourself or for your organization or startup. We read every request and write to you with your sign-up link. Early testers get Pro while early access lasts and an exclusive offer at launch.
A Pro account can now hold up to five business cards instead of three, one for each activity or brand, at the same price.
Deleting a card or a list, applying your organization's look to every card and discarding unsaved changes now ask you to hold the button for a moment, so a stray click can never undo your work.
The sidebar starts collapsed and keeps your cards one click away as small squares in their colours. Contacts brings back a tab you opened in the last half minute instantly, and very large lists show 1,000+ instead of counting every contact.
Company cards follow the house style and your retention default, and locked sections stay put. Invitations bring you back after sign-in and say why when refused. The downloaded contact matches your card, and views skip bots and your own visits.

Every bcards card has a Save to bcards button. Saved cards stay up to date when their owner changes number or job, and in the same step you can send them your own card. Free accounts keep 10 cards; paid plans are unlimited.
Type a name on the home page and see at once whether bcards.io/your-name is free, with close alternatives when it is taken. Sign up and your card is already waiting under it.
Five themes (Galet, Nuit, Papier, Bonbon and Ardoise), four layouts, and a colour, a gradient or your own picture behind your card. Links show a preview of the site, or a compact list if you prefer. Free on every plan; on Pro, change any colour.
An assistant on Pro: it improves and translates your card, finds and sorts your contacts, reads your stats, and turns photos of paper business cards into contacts. Every change waits for your OK. Deleted contacts can be restored for a day.
Continue with LinkedIn and your card is ready as a draft, with your name, photo and email, under the link you picked. Already have a card? Import your LinkedIn photo and email into it without touching what you wrote.
The cards you saved and the people who left you their details, on one page: a tab for each of your cards, lists sorted your way, and a filter for how each one reached you. Your organization shares one list with the whole team; your own lists stay private.
Invite people and see the card each member holds from the Members page. A checklist shows what is left to set up: cards with no holder, invitations waiting for an answer, a missing logo.
